Our strength and conditioning program is second to none. With our state of the art facility and training equipment, all the tools are available for development of any athlete. Every strength and conditioning program, private training session or team session will challenge the athletes physically and mentally. The program will force the students out of their comfort zone and push them to maximize their potential. We will have a team that analyzes the student’s physical makeup and utilizes fitness testing to ensure proper programming and implementation of programs. Our instructors will demand a lot out of every student and use positive reinforcement to drive the students to better themselves at every training session.

John has been involved with athletic conditioning at all levels of sport. His ability to communicate with athletes on an individual basis, while figuring out how to motivate and push them, is what sets him apart from all other trainers.
