NEW in 2011-12. RHP is excited to announce the Team Training Platinum Package which will take your team's skill development beyond the next level. Individualize the skill development of your team by dividing them up into smaller groups. Split them up into 3 groups in position sepcific groups or different skill levels to ensure maximal development of every forward, defenseman or goaltender. For 1 hour a week the entire RHP Training Centre is yours. Put a 3rd of your team on the BLADE Skating Treadmill, a 3rd on the ICE with one of your coaches, and put a 3rd on DRYLAND with one of our professional STRENGTH and Conditioning Coaches to give your team the complete training package. For your GOALIES, RHP will provide at NO COST, one of their professional goalie coaches to work with them on a weekly basis. The next week rotate your players so they get another aspect of training. COST = $395 + hst per hour (add RHP Skills Instructor on ice for only $40 + hst for the hour)

Bring your team in to RHP Training Centre for a skill development practice like no other. With our 60’ x 130’ ice rink your coaches can focus on individual technical and tactical skills, as well as small group tactics, battle drills, and confined space drills to enhance vision, awareness and quick decision making. Available on week nights or weekends. Come every week or every 2nd week.

COST = $150 + hst per hour

Focus on the individual skills of your players. Let one or two RHP Instructors implement and instruct a development program that will enhance the individual technical and tactical skills of each player on your team. Coaches can now spend their regular practice time on team strategies, as well as, systems and drills and allow RHP’s player development staff increase the skill level of each individual player. Available on week nights or weekends. Come every week or every 2nd week.

COST = $190 + hst per hour with 1 RHP Instructor
COST = $230 + hst per hour with 2 RHP Instructors

Our strength and conditioning team training program is second-to-none and will challenge the athletes physically and mentally. The program will enable them to maintain peak condition, force them out of their comfort zone and push them to maximize their success on ice. Also take advantage of our synthetic skills area to build your players shot and stick skills. Available on week nights or weekends. Come every week or every 2nd week.

COST = $160 + hst per hour with 2 Instructors

Take care of your team's skating needs. We all know how important skating is. Let the "Blade" develop your player's skating and help them maintain a longer, more powerful and explosive skating stride. Your team will get the opportunity to focus strictly on their skating mechanics and the muscles required to become a faster, more efficient skater. Available on week nights or weekends. Come every week or every 2nd week.

COST = $130 + hst per hour for 1 Session
COST = $100 + hst per hour for a Package of 10

Have an RHP Player Development Instructor and/or an RHP Goaltender Development Instructor attend your team practice. Have them work on specific needs, such as individual skills, tactical skills, power skating, body checking, defenseman training, scoring or team strategy. Use RHP Instructors at your practice once a week, once every two months, once a month, once a year, the frequency is up to you.

Have one of our renowned goaltending instructors work with your goaltenders this year. Our service is available for every team practice that is run at RHP Training Centre. Also, continue the goaltending training at your practices by hiring one of our goaltender instructors as your team goaltending coach.

COST = $40 + hst per hour

As an additional service for teams training at RHP, at NO COST, your team can book our state of the art video analysis, classroom area. Video and theory of the game is an extremely valuable tool to get the players to understand not only what, but why they are doing certain things. With our interactive whiteboard coaches can provide players with a deep understanding of their game as well as their teams performance, the coaches can do this in an engaging and enjoyable way for their players.
